Often when we have anxiety we can wake up, for what we feel is no reason, but this recording will guide you gently through a simple, soothing breathing exercise and affirm to you that everything is ok, so that you feel safe and reassured that you can float off once again

PLEASE READ THIS FIRST before settling down to fall asleep. 

If you wake in the night:  

·        Resolve what has woken you up

·        Keep lights off, but use a light if you need to leave your bed

·        Keep eyes closed unless leaving your bed

·        Don’t check the time 

·        If you’re still awake after 20 minutes go to another room and do something boring for a while and then return to bed when you’re ready to sleep again

·        Have this recording ready to play & then start this recording
